Proposal: 1-2 proposed projects The written conceptual statement for each proposed project which should not exceed 500 words must describe the project and its underlying ideas. The ephemeral work must establish a dialogue with nature and expand our horizons and perception of the world without forgetting the spiritual realization that for most signifies happiness. The proposal should include the manner of manufacture/production, proposed workshop requirements and time for production. Explain what materials, type of workspace and tools you will employ or require. Indicate if the artist will bring any tools. Mention if the artist will require assistants. Establish a clear production schedule of 4 to 6 weeks duration which includes the installation schedule, an art talk and a cocktail.

Sketches (up to 3 .JPG (min 1920 x 1080, 170dpi images) of the proposed project must include dimensions and a human figure for scale.

Video (.mp4, 300MB, 1920 x 1080, no longer than 3 minutes) explaining or demonstrating the work. This is recommended but not required.
