The Foundation is not responsible for problems downloading or accessing the Proposal or any other technical problems related to submissions. The Foundation shall not have any obligation or responsibility with regard to (i) entries that contain inaccurate information or that do not comply with these instructions, (ii) entries or notifications that are lost, late, incomplete, illegible, unintelligible, damaged or otherwise not received by the intended recipient, in whole or in part, due to computer or technical error of any kind, or (iii) telephone, electronic, hardware, software, network, Internet, or computer malfunctions, failures or difficulties.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\">The Foundation reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the artist\u2019s participation in the Triennial. As the Residency is located at a construction site, no children are allowed on the premises at any time for their own safety.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\">Note: Any issues concerning construction or conceptual development shall be discussed with the Curatorial Committee.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\">These rules may be changed at any time, but only by the Board of Directors.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\"><b>Unacceptable Material<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\">Pornographic Material<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\">Propagate Hate Messages<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\">Make defamatory statements<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\">Otherwise extraordinarily offensive<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\"><b>Acknowledgement of Entries<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\">Entrants will receive an email acknowledgement when an Entry has been received.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\"><b>Detailed Submission Instructions:&nbsp;<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\">Entrants must complete and submit the Official Entry Form on this page before May 31st 2021. An entry is considered processed after the completed Entry Form is received by the Foundation.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\">The Entry Form requires the Entrant to provide name, address, email address, phone number, up to 3 .JPG (min 1920 x 1080, 170dpi) images of the proposed project. The written statement, which must not to exceed 500 words, shall discuss how the project reflects the Triennial\u2019s prompt.
